Guys need some advice?

Ok I've been exrsiseing like crazy but besides that I want to increase my testasterone levels some more any ideas? Like should I certain types of food or do specifc workouts or what? I'm trying to slim down and look more manlyGuys need some advice?

You can buy testosterone tablets from health shops, these will not only increase your testosterone levels, but also speed up your muscle build up.
There are products you can buy at stores like GNC and Vitamin Shoppe, but taking supplementary testosterone is kind of risky stuff. I would recommend staying with the exercising and just start loading as much protein as you can. 25% of your muscle gain is exercising, 75% is what you are eating.
The easiest way to look more manly is to work out with heavy weights and do low reps. Something heavy, but you can manage and do few reps of manty different lifts. Do not know about the testasterone. If you workout you ma not need anything else.
thats a good question im one of those people who has a tendency to overdue with the exercise but i cant get skinny and its annoying
eat foods with iron, like oat meal, raisins, waffles, eggs whole grain foods
