Some advice please?? guys and girls? second time i've asked this?

ok so i'm 19 5'1'; red hair 111lbs. everyone says i'm smart and funny and pretty, but i've never had a boyfriend. seriously never even danced with a guy much less had my first kiss. a few guys have had crushes on me, but they were my friends brothers and it was just weird. i'm home schooled(started high school just over a year late) and i don't really get to go many places just shopping now and then since my family only has one car and my dad has it most of the time. is there any way i could get a boyfriend or a guy to ask me out. i'd love to have a boyfriend i just don't know how to get a guy to like me since i'm mostly stuck at home or grocery shopping when i do get out. any advice? i could really use some help. please no mean answers. thanks in advance. i only have one friend at the moment and she moves around a lot since her boyfriend works construction shut downs and she lives with him. :( also i don't know if i'm pretty or not(i don't think i'm ugly just average) other people tell me i am though. my myspace is /jackeerenahe it's set to private, but you should be able to see a profile pic. if that helps. it's not the best pic of me but...Some advice please?? guys and girls? second time i've asked this?
It makes sense that you haven't really had a boyfriend ... or a realationship for that matter but, you do get out of the house sometimes. It seems like your problem is that your not social enough. The fact is that your 19 and you should have more freedom and your parents shouldn't be telling you if you can go out. Sense your family only has one car you should really consider saving up money for a cheap used car. You should get a job to get money for a car and maybe when your at your job you can meet someone.
